At CDF Canada, we are committed to ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of every individual. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy toward sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), harassment, violence, discrimination, corruption, or racism. Our commitment to these principles fosters an environment where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued.
We take these principles very seriously and have partnered with OMEGA to provide third-party intervention services. OMEGA will handle all reports related to SEA, as well as Harassment, Discrimination, and Violence (HDV), corruption and bribery, discrimination, theft, etc.. This essential service provides potential victims with a secure and confidential channel to report incidents, ensuring that all cases are handled with professionalism and sensitivity.
Upon receiving a complaint, OMEGA will conduct a preliminary investigation to assess the allegations, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and care.
