Co-operative Development Foundation of Canada (CDF Canada) is currently looking to recruit service providers to register in the Pool of Technical Assistants (Consultants and Volunteers) for future project work.
The Co-operative Development Foundation of Canada (CDF Canada) is an international development non-profit organization that partners with communities worldwide to achieve sustainable economic and social development. CDF Canada accomplishes this by building the capacity of credit unions and co-operatives and co-operative systems.
For over 70 years, CDF Canada has been helping partners in Asia, Africa, the Americas, and Eastern Europe build lasting pathways to prosperity, by focusing on food security, community and economic development, financial inclusion, local leadership capacity building, climate change adaptation and resilience, peace and development and gender equality.
Co-operative Development Foundation of Canada is currently looking to recruit service providers to register in the Pool of Technical assistants (Consultants and Volunteers) for future project work. Technical Assistants (Consultants and Volunteers) should have a background in co-operative development or in one of the subject matters to be considered as potential Technical Experts. CDF works closely with a network of public, private, and non-governmental partners around the world to bring valuable services to communities.
CDF Canada will contract qualified volunteers and consultants to provide short-term assignments (home- and/or field-based) in support of CDF approved Technical Experts activities.

Detailed Terms of Reference for the CDF Canada deployments will be provided to shortlisted candidates from within the Pool of Technical Assistants (Consultants and Volunteers).
