Women Mentorship Program: 2018
I’ve been working at the Credit Union Mongol SCC for more than ten years and have been on a journey of growth and development ever since. In 2009 I enrolled in Incheon National University in South Korea to further my education and expand my knowledge, which led me to become a Financial Manager in 2014 with my credit union.
The training gave me the skills to work on social media and product development with my co-operative. We are also in the process of introducing new financial software to improve our operations.
In 2019, my desire for development continued when I was able to participate as a trainer, training other female leaders. Development programs like CDF Canada’s Women’s Mentorship – which I attended in 2018 – have prepared me to be a leader. In addition to my role at the Credit Union Mongol SCC, in 2020, I became the Executive Director of the Mongolian National Confederation of Credit Unions, where our work supports the development of savings and credit co-operatives across the country.
