WMP is undertaken with the financial support of the Government of Canada provided through Global Affairs Canada and has benefited from the generous contribution of Fiserv. Since 2002, the Program has trained over 250 credit union women managers, from 25 countries, in leadership, communication, negotiation and networking skills. It provides high-quality classroom training, access to some of the best global experiences in managing credit union institutions, and benefits from the generosity of dozens of Canadian credit unions and hundreds of Canadian host families, who welcome participants into their homes and lives.
